Hello! I'm Anna.


And I want you to be happy.


I want you to grin broadly, light hearted, unperturbed, and unbearably well all over. Every living being—from single-celled organisms to humans — has an innate potential for optimal beauty and health, which leads to joy. Also you. In other words: I want everyone to be happy. That has always been my goal. It sounds a bit hippie-like and, of course, comes with its challenges.



Humans, for various reasons, often struggle to follow this innate  potential, leading to unhappiness. When we feel vital, cherished and capable, we radiate joy, confidence and beauty; when unwell, unsafe, lonely or tired, we feel down and literally look grey. I realized this as a child, and over time understood the challenges of self-doubt, inner conflict, and lack of self-appreciation that drain our energy and zest for life. These issues impact our well-being and confidence, affecting relationships, vitality, and mental clarity.


Initially, I became a makeup artist
to help clients bring out their natural beauty, but I soon realized that true well-being goes deeper. This led me to train as a masseur and yoga teacher, guiding clients toward a healthier, more balanced self. Yet, I found that well-being is more than physical harmony—it includes mind and psyche. Knowing your values, building strong relationships, having and following personal visions is one aspect; addressing inner conflicts and overcoming past burdens is another. These are essential for sustainable happiness, which is why I became a MindWalking trainer and psychotherapeultical naturopath.


No matter where we are, there's always room for improvement. Acceptance, integrity, and ethics foster self-confidence and a fulfilling life. MindWalking offers a unique way to develop clarity and resolve inner tensions, a transformation I’ve seen many times in my clients. Since 2011, I have given individual MindWalking sessions, and since 2013, I’ve led seminars on communication, emotion, and leadership. I also completed a mass media science and communication degree, allowing me to support companies as a communication and leadership coach.



I would be delighted to welcome you as a customer. I work mainly in Mainz, Berlin or Lauenfoerde. In special cases, I can also come to your home or place if, for example, you have travel anxiety, or are tied up at home.

Since 2011, I've worked with many yoga practitioners dealing with panic attacks and anxiety. Both MindWalking and yoga support mental clarity, which is why I combined these approaches in a book. It covers the psyche, psychosomatics, and panic, offering coping advice. The sections on psychosomatics and panic are especially useful for MindWalking enthusiasts, while yoga philosophy is covered in one part, with practical sequences by yogini Karo Wagner in another.

The book is only available in German though: ‘YOGA for Anxiety and Panic Attacks’.
